Cancellation & Delay Policy

  • 50% cancellation fee applicable after deposit
  • If we arrive at the premises and no client available, 100% is due.
  • Standard delivery allows up to 15 min standing /waiting time and 1 hour per delivery. Standing /Delivery time is then charged at R500 per hour.

Client responsibility to notify.

  • Any access limits or potential problems in a 12T truck/ double axle entering the client’s premises.
  • Pumping up more than two stories (IOM)
  • Any private road or access restrictions If housing estate
  • If more than 50M of the pipe is required
  • If a truck is required onto the client’s premises, the client takes full responsibility for any damages caused.
  • No Cash to be given to drivers without a receipt book and head office approval.

Regarding Municipal Treated Water

  • Used for irrigation purposes only
  • Not for domestic household use
  • Delivery from 10000 litres +
  • See terms and conditions, client indemnifies Mr Water Delivery for any misuse or human consumption that may  result from the use of this water

 Warranty Issues- Queries & Complaints

  • In order to resolve any issue with quality, drivers, quantity received, damage to property, or any other matter that does not provide 100% satisfaction all queries must be submitted in writing to info@mrwaterdelivery.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
  • We cannot entertain any queries beyond our 7 day limited warranty.
